Tubular Motors Product Specifications:

- Mechanical Limits: Set and adjusted by hand with 8” hex-shaped Adjuster tool enclosed with each motor. Motor Limits can be accessed on two facing sides of the Motor Head. The signature MaestroShield Limits have a self-feeding spring on the limit adjuster to allow automatic re-feeding of the limit screw onto the adjustment shaft in case of over-setting the limits.
- Electronical Limits: Smart Series Motor technology allows limits to be set electronically.
- Internal Gearing: done with Nylon and Metal components; no plastic is integrated into this portion of the MaestroShield Motor.

Theoretical Lifting Capacity
Theoretical Lifting Capacity is an indicator of the torque aptitude of a motor without consideration of factors that impact the actual load value, such as tube diameter, length and deflection, friction and system loss, material dimensions and accessories used.

 Spring Assist
Features and Benefits of MaestroShield Spring Assist:
- Solid, stainless steel axle measuring 16mm X 16mm (.64” X .64”);
- Special corrosion-resistant treated springs for superior performance in coastal areas and high humidity;
- Can be used on some screen installations by themselves for pull down applications;
- Can be combined with manual gear box for easy and precise manual lifting capabilities;
- In some installations, springs can be combined with tubular motor to eliminate the need for 100mm motor tube and heavy duty bracketry.
